have you considered moving to another region of the USA? There are many places in USA which have a higher population of ethnic and religious sectors . Check out Minneapolis/ST Paul or Dearborn MI for higher population of Muslims, and a "city with a culture more open to differences and accepting of others" kind of attitudes than you might find in "Bible belt" cultures of the midwest and central to southern states. Also look at larger cities in general to find a population with more diversity and the likelihood of finding others with the same cultural heritage or background as yourself. In larger cities you find more people so more chances to make connections with others that attract you.
You will definitely have a better chance of finding employment as all of the USA is screaming for workers of all sorts at present. Wishing you all the best.

The cost of living in those places is significantly higher than where I live now, and I would still have to worry about the unreasonable costs of healthcare, gun violence, etc.
