Awhile back, I posted about emotional difficulties and fights with my adult child. Many of you gave me fantastic insight into this. Your posts increased my understanding of the emotional side of my daughter. I took her for a complete blood screening and they found her Vitamin D to be very low. The reading should be 30 to 100. It was 15. Now, she is on 1 per week tab of this vita at 50,000 iu for 12 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and there is a marked difference.

Glad she's feeling better. My daughter takes 10,000 iu per day for the last few years because of her Lupus. It helps a lot, as does Folic Acid which her Neurologist prescribed.

Here's to continued good health for your daughter.

Glad to hear a piece of the puzzle has been solved! Thanks for the update.
