So, we're used to seeing Kim as a festively plump tyrant.

Media made a big deal out of his health as his weight ballooned like Pat Falloon.
As his weight started to drop there was more discussion over his health and speculation of it declining.

He looks healthy here, just much slimmer. I don't think he's dying. :nerdy:

The focus and depth-of-field for the face of "Dear Leader" seem to not quite match those of the other two people.

I would place my bet on his image being "Photoshopped" by a professional; but even the best Photoshop professional cannot get it perfect.

Then again, maybe he is about to join the ranks of the Un-Dead...

Looking at a zoomed in version, Kim and the man right of Kim, they look like they have *baby hands*.

I almost didn't recognize him. He looks a bit different after losing weight.

I don't really think he looks ill, though.

Huh, wonder if he had bariatric surgery, and it's been complications of that that's kept him out of the public eye recently. His hair looks much better too, maybe that's one of the infamous doubles he's supposed to have on the payroll.

That sounds pretty plausible.

Maybe his doctor told him he had 6 months to live so he had him shot with artillery, but when the next one said the same thing he decided maybe this guy was trying to help. :lol:
