Thats like calling Ivanna Trump "Mrs. Donald", or Jill Biden "Mrs. Joe".
In East Asia they do names the opposite of how we do it. The family name comes first. The individuals name last.
So she is "Madam Kim", or "Mrs. Kim".
Same with Mao Tse Tung. Its the "Mao" part of his name that is equivalent to Biden, or Trump, or Smith, or Jones. Not the "Tung" part.
