I have been. It's all I do.

I don't even remember creating this thread.. and writing what I wrote.

I'm time traveling again.. it's the best way I know how to explain this phenomenon. But it scares me because I "time out" from consciousness and before I know it, days and weeks have passed. All a blur.

Actually, yes!... thank you; your foresight is astounding, as I recently had a "light-bulb" moment in another post explaining the origins of my current mental state; and you were correct..

My mind is on nonstop intervals, regarding revelations of a recent and unresolved trauma that I'd experienced.

Indeed this was the cause of my current burnout; which I discuss and posted on this thread:
