It’s all a matter of perspective. Whether isolation due to covid or ASD, solitude doesn’t have to be lonely. Just do your thing.

It is not all a matter of perspective. Perspective doesn't make you happy or miserable. Positive perspective / outlook is one of many signs of happiness.

"Once you know how to take care of yourself" is the key.
