When I am stressed out I do Sudoko.
It is a limited universe but it still requires me to use my brain.
There are no people.
I know if I make a mistake I can correct it.
It convinces me my brain still works.
The feeling of accomplishment when I complete a puzzle helps my fear and anxiety to go down.
Sometimes I will read a scifi novel, or a mystery.
A mystery novel is a good healthy way for me to deal with the part of me that can get obsessed with sex and violence.
It helps me to feel like things will get solved and resolved.

I hope you are feeling better soon.
Or at least enjoying the journey.
