Hello everyone!

I was just diagnosed a few months ago at 37. I'm looking to find Aspie friendship and/or romantic relationship either locally (Saint Louis) or digitally anywhere. I'm not really tied to any particular point in meatspace.

Special interests: 1) Philosophy very broadly, but especially philosophy of religion, meta-ethics, and ethical theory. 2) Science-fiction and fantasy very broadly, but especially games.

My handle comes from my admiration for and sense of identification with George Orwell: Above all in life, he loved socialism and England -- and was yet also was famous precisely for his fierce critiques of both socialism and England as actually advocated and practised.
