Very healthy. Oily fish contain lots of Omega 3 fatty acids, which are good fat, and especially good for brain development.

It's especially beneficial if you're pregnant or planning to get pregnant, because it helps babies' brain growth. It's one of the best foods to eat during pregnancy - as long as the fish hasn't been exposed to a lot of mercury.

I just finished a healthy dinner of a KFC burger/chips. Am looking for something healthy to wash it down with of the alcoholic variety

when i was young i could eat a french-fried shetland pony and a whole cherry pie and cream for dessert, and wash it all down with cold hard cider. no more. i now have to eat as a poor person to keep my body ticking.

Breakfast - eat like a king
Lunch - eat like a prince
Dinner - eat like a pauper

They're not unhealthy but some of them have over a thousand calories. If I have one of those for lunch, in addition to whatever I had for breakfast and dinner, there's a good chance of the thousand calorie burger pushing my calories over what they should be.

*eat like a pauper for breakfast [don't break fast]
*eat like a poor person who just found a few bucks, for lunch
*repeat for supper.

Tell that to my stomach...it usually gets all crampy if I eat too much beef.
I've never been a huge beef fan, anyway. I'd much rather have a pork chop or some chicken.

Being that I’m about 50 miles from Bawlmer (aka Baltimore), I prefer my shrimp the same way I prefer Blue Crab: steamed in beer (preferably National Bohemian, Carling Black Label or Yuenglimg, and plenty of McCormick’s Old Bay Seasoning. (Which is next to impossible to find outside Bawlmer, Warshington, DC, Northern Virginia, and South Central PA.

I eat burgers all of the time!

My local store has an in house bakery where the bread is made fresh daily.
They also sell outstanding beef chicken pork and smokey bacon.
Locally grown lettuce, also nice fresh tomatoes cucumber onions and when it's in season avocado.

Needless to say I make my own cafe style burgers at home and find it quite filling and they're probably reasonably nutritious.
Probably costs about $2 per burger and there's no over processed garbage in it.
