So much stuff has been happening recently and it causes me so much stress. I have so many appointments coming up.

I found out my relatives vent about me on caregiver forums. Apparently I cause stress. I found all this while using the computer. It makes me feel weird.

Then I have to spend time with my support worker tomorrow. She is nice. I just feel anxious about it. I want to be feeling my best. However I'm not feeling my best.

You can't control how you're feeling about this or that. It's absolutely okay if you're not feeling your best. Try to be honest about what you feel.
Appointments are often stressful. Human interactions are often stressful for autistics. That's okay. You can at least try not to stress over getting stressed ;)
Things can be stressful to both you and your family - it's definitely never one or another. It's often connected - people living together often amplify each other's feelings.
Try to care for yourself the best you can
