They deliberately misrepresent, pervert context, outright lie to service their political narrative.
I defy anyone to deny that self-evident Truth.
While I am not a fan of Trump, having been on the receiving end of community, criminal, and government gang-stalking, I am hesitant to do a pile on.
I find that feral aspect of humanity repugnant.

Saturday Night Live has made fun of every President since the show aired. Just last Saturday, they made fun of Biden, making him out to be a senile old fool who's visited by his past selves. I'm sure Biden doesn't have a problem with this, and if he did, he wouldn't make a jackass of himself over it like Trump did.
For Don Jr. to have made and sold those shirts shows what a heartless POS he is, displaying zero concern for the woman who had tragically been shot. Then again, few of the Trumps have ever displayed much empathy.
