I am referring to my mental and physical health, since in addition to my age, since now, in addition to Ass burgers (which, most of Dad’s side of the family, with the exception for maybe 1 cousin (who’s an ordained Evangelical Presbyterian Church pastor), and his older brothers, consider me to be less than worthless because of Asperger’s, in addition to suffering bipolar I with seasonal affect, and PTSD, type 2 diabetes (and now level 3 kidney disease), and slowly going blind and lower back issues (I can barely stand up without a great deal of pain in my lower back, let alone nearly blacking out when I stand up. I might as well be dead, as far as the rest of Dad’s side of the family is concerned.

Biden's actual poll standing is around 50%.
The economy is actually doing pretty well. Rather than not enough jobs available, businesses are complaining they can't hire enough people.
In fact, wages have been going up, and workers feel secure enough to strike for better pay, benefits, and job security.
I don't watch Paul Murry.
He himself admits he is (very-my qualifier) right-wing.
He is too right-wing for my liking.
Others on Sky News are more moderate.
I don't watch Alan Jones either.
A very intelligent man, but too partisan for my liking.

Are you obese?
If so, a good way to lose weight is to do the 5x2 diet.
5 days normal eating, 2 days fasting.
I am on an "every third day is a fast day" diet.
It works well.
