The main newspaper of the Soviet Union was called Pravda ("Truth").

He seems to believe that by hosting his own social site he'll be free to post whatever he wants (laughably, the "truth") - but sooner or later, content will be posted contrary to the hosting service provider's terms of use.
Which is why he was banned from Twitter and Facebook; this experiment will go the same way.

That would depend on whether this site uses a "hosting service provider", or goes the same route as Gab (from memory) went, and host the content themselves...

After being kicked off just about all the known providers, Gab went "underground" and used an undisclosed data center - which will have its own ToS. They're still using services from Cloudflare and that may yet backfire: their current IPs are assigned to Cloudflare which puts them in line for any future backlash against Gab. Their email is handled by ProtonMail and protected by Swiss privacy laws.

Wikipedia wrote:
Gab returned online on November 4, 2018, after Epik agreed to register the domain, and Sibyl Systems Ltd. began to provide webhosting. Epik is an American company that provides domain registration and other web services, and is known for providing services to websites that host far-right, neo-Nazi, and other extremist content. Sibyl Systems is a company that was described in a February 2019 profile by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) as a "shadowy operation with little transparency on its website, a murky history of ownership and no fixed base of operations". It was founded on October 22, 2018, days before the shooting that resulted in Gab's termination from their previous webhost, and according to the SPLC was possibly based in Norway or in England. Sibyl Systems was later acquired by Epik in the second quarter of 2019.

In August 2019, Amazon Web Services ceased serving Gab's fundraising site due to Gab violating Amazon's policy on hateful content. In response, Torba said he welcomed Amazon's decision, claiming that media coverage of the decision had only brought more attention to Gab and resulted in investment offers.

As of January 2021, Gab was still using Epik as a domain registrar. Instead of hosting its service in the cloud, The Wall Street Journal reported that Gab had been renting hardware in an undisclosed data center. Gab was also using services from Cloudflare.

Who cares?
He and his followers now have their own separate sandbox to play in and none of this enemies will have to see any of his mean tweets. Everyone wins.

How do you know he is orange? Some people from China and around those regions do look a different colour but it is not quite orange.

I can't see the link without signing up to Yahoo.

Did he not attempt this once before?

But at least a few are in such a bad case of withdrawal that they will go onto the site just to see them, then go elsewhere to whine about what they saw...

It seems he has 2 types of fans - those that love him (and so create positive threads regarding him\his actions), and those who fit into the "hater-fan" or a form of "Celebrity worship syndrome" (expressing this "worship" in negative terms), who appear to have this intense need to ensure that everyone remembers him, and who therefore allow him to "live rent-free in their heads" (and so create negative threads regarding him\his actions whenever the opportunity presents to do so).

For everyone else, they have no need to look for news (positive or negative) either in general, or in order to create threads around him\his actions, instead they simply allow him to fade into the background of their lives, only mentioning (or thnking about) him in responce to prompting from a member of either of those fan categories...

Here ya go - you decide...
Google image search results.

Some of those have been tweaked to accentuate the color but the majority haven't.

He did, but that was more of a one-sided blog where he posted things. It was taken down through lack of hits.

I doubt the results of this attempt will be much different.

So... which of those types above are you? :P

I mean, it looks a bit tippy-toe eggshells - after mentioning those who love him and <ahem> impartially disparaging those who don't, you open up an escape clause just wide enough to permit you to continue posting about him. He's clearly of sufficient interest for you to respond here, on a thread about nothing but Trump - or are you helplessly responding to a trigger which impels you to post to threads about him?

It will be interesting to see how it behaves and which way it will go. But if it's anything like his blog and what he posts to his pseudo-president web page it will be a mixture of whines about the election and begging for money.
Sad.
