Are there any good tips to help me with my sensory processing disorder. I have the issues with tags, seams, fabric/texture of clothes, and clothes being too tight. I heard that having a weighted blanket on you or scrunched up in one is a good way to help calm the mind down that causes the pain from clothing. Is that true, any other tips?

Wear clothes that don't bother you. My wardrobe is pretty heavily dictated by my sensory needs, because I see no point wearing clothes I don't enjoy wearing.

Tags are the easiest - you can just cut them off. If there's clothes you like in every other way but not the tags, just remove the tags yourself.

There's seamless clothing available, and a variety of textures, so just keep trying until you find something you like.

As for clothes being too tight, wear a size or two bigger than what's supposed to fit you, or pick clothes with a looser design to begin with (eg sweatpants instead of leggings).
