Sometimes I have plain yoghurt with fresh fruit for pudding.

You can make pudding from chia seeds and milk (dairy or non-dairy) and then add a no-calorie sweetener (erythritol or similar, stevia is best if you can handle the aftertaste) and anything you want to flavour it.

Loads of ideas for that sort of thing on youtube.

I wish we were in the same place. I'd have you round to do some baking.

Prepackaged stuff can often be full of sugar.

Yoghurt and some fruit makes a nice sweet snack.

I also have a plain vanilla pudding recipe that is very easy to make. I wish i could Cook for you too, it is very much healthier to prepare food yourself.
