I've been going through a mid life crisis over the past month. I've seen some really cool weight loss products advertised on Youtube lately as well as diabetes cures. I'm also thinking about growing my hair back to the length it was 10 years ago around this time and ordering a Kinks T-shirt or two. I want to drop 100 lbs the fastest way possible so I can look like Mick Avory like I did at the age of 21.

And today is my Birthday.

Be careful what products you use for weight loss especially if you have other health conditions.

Do you have access to any gym equipment?

I saw some kettle bells at Walmart on Monday. The pea green ones are 10 lbs, the orange ones are 15 lbs and the blue ones are 20 lbs. I'm thinking of buying myself a green one, because it looks like a pea.

My personal experience with weight loss did not lose weight as quickly or as substantially as you are seeking.

In the 16 months before the start of the Pandemic I lost about 30 pounds (about 15kg). That is not as much as you seem to want to lose nor as fast as you want to lose it. But my "diet" was very simple: Be slightly more careful about what I ate.

I am a creature of habit, including for meals, so mainly I changed my orders for routine fast food lunches. Instead of sodas I got chocolate milk...the carton of chocolate milk contains much less beverage than a typical fast food soda. And I reduced the sides I got with some of my usual meals.

On the good side, before I did this my A1C was bordering on prediabetic but now it is fine. And it takes less belt to reach around my waist.

On the bad side, my bride has been around more during the Pandemic and enjoys feeding me. I'm struggling to not regress.
