When I go out to pub to socialise I always drink a lot more beer than planned. Its like I cant stop drinking sometimes.

Do you think I am right to be nervous about my health?

I drink regurley on friday and saturday when I go out to the pub but never drink at home during the week.

You really should deal with your drinking. You drink too much. I don’t know if you’re an alcoholic.

Drinking too much leads to health problems.

It makes your liver less functional, thus making your whole body less functional, thus making you look and feel older than your age.

If I were you I'd give the pub a miss for more than one reason.
