Plans for next year?

I will (if this does happen next year) move out to my own apartment.

Currently, I am on a waiting list with a supportive housing firm based in Portland.

I try not to make to many plans but I’m hoping to be close to my goal weight by then. I’m in the 240s or 250s (last time I checked) and I’m working on getting healthy.

My doctor wants me to be 140-150ish and I can do it. 140 to 150 isn’t the weight guys like but at least my BMI will be healthy.

That being said, my plans are exercise for an hour five times a week, eat within my calorie limit and drink lots of water.

Try the 5x2 diet also.
2 days fasting a week.
