Hi all,

Has anyone else had the same experience: I used to be fine with and even like math, but then, 1 day, I started to really like someone at my university, who was, like, a genious at it. At first, it seemed, he also liked me, but then I think I messed up and had to move away anyway, so he forgot me.

Well, even though he's now far away, I still can't forget him, and everything in maths reminds me of him, so I can't look at maths anymore, without getting really sad.

How do I cope with this? Some would say to move on, but that is very hard, even from a genetic point of view. (My mom was in unrequited love for 14 years after getting heartbroken..)
