When does offence become an abuse of free speech ?

I really can't comments particularly online from anonymous people that are bigoted, racist, homophobic, sexist, misogynistic, ageist, offensive to disabled people, narrow-minded to mental health, always lying and distorting the truth about something etc. People have said ''Oh just ignore them, don't look at it and don't listen those idiots.'' and that they maybe the ones who have a problem and not you because maybe just want attention themselves. But because nearly all of us are online, these things are hard to avoid.

It's better to hang out in the "real world" than spend all your time on the Internet.
