That time of year has come again where I can't bear to go outside. I force myself to go out so I can still tutor my students who are depending on me but people looking at me feels humiliating. Tried to get help from the GP but got none. Doubt they'd care until I get super sick, suddenly gaining 10kg from binge eating wasn't enough.

I feel so revolting that I don't feel human anymore. I'm not really eating, my alopecia is acting up, and I'm dealing with chronic pain. I have covered my mirror and am avoiding looking at my body. I'm convinced I actually am disgusting to others, it explains why they make me feel invisible and get uncomfortable around me and why all guys try to avoid me as much as possible, even though I just want to be friends. I have to hear all my friends talking about guy drama when none even want to befriend me. How truly revolting I must be. Realising I'm unlovable is exhausting, as is trying to recover from an ED without any support. It feels like everything that exists finds me nauseating. I'm not even a person anymore..

I don't know too many "creatures" who tutors students. There must be something right about you.

Ivpin, I recommend a really good series of podcasts by Dr Robert Puff. I think you may like him.

Also tutor? What kind do you offer?

I don’t feel like there is anything wrong with being a creature. I am sure you are still lovable. If you tutor people you must be intelligent.

If you do all that, this means there’s a lot that’s right about it.

Do you not like to go outside because of the weather?

Eating wont fill the emptiness.

I am trying to improve my eating habits right now as well. I dont want to wait until the new year but its hard to get motivated. You or maybe more like, we, need to believe that we are worthy of self care as an end in itself. This is not a goal with the hopes of finding a relationship or love or any other pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Accepting the situation and making the best of it is the way I go. 8)

I HATE being a human. I see so many humans being complete and utter fools and making the world worse every single day that I wish I didn't have to be one. I know I'm a complete waste of human flesh, anyway.

Just primates with technology.

That conjures up a mental image of a chimp using a computer and screaming at it most of the time.

I mean there are people who do that...

But I guess kind of mindf**k that we are basically just apes, that learned how to use technology.

Like the meme about not having time to go off the computer because someone on the internet is wrong?
