Means of evaluating pain and loss are plentiful and apparent in nature. It (evaluating pain and loss) even occurs within nature itself and are well documented by science. I apologize but I'm not too interested in teaching or debating such a big topic. If you'd like to learn more there's plenty of information online, though I'm afraid it dips pretty deeply into several different fields.

All the time.

Stranger says thank you, monotonic. 60/40 its perfunctory or honest, who cares. Voice inflection moves the meter on perfunctory to 90%, reversed score to honest if I perceive something like a smile or eye contact.
