^ mainly because Australian pubs are, on the whole, godawful.
Which is why I drink at home when in Oz.

Had an alcohol free day yesterday. Am thinking about moving flats atm so that's keeping me occupied. 4 cans in the fridge for later. :)

On my 7th can of Guinness now. Handed my keys in on my nightmare last flat today so I'm hoping to be less stressed and alcohol dependent soon. :D

People say I have an addictive personality to.

I drink on Fridays and Saturdays socially and struggle to stop drinking once I have started which partly down to the fact I drink to fast. During the week I eat loads of fruit/veggies, worloit and drink 2-3 litres of water day.

Do you think I should have 1 pint an hour or is that to long to nursemaid a pint of beer?

If you're only drinking at the weekend there hopefully shouldn't be much to worry about. Maybe go out later so you drink less?

Yeah what time should I go out to drink since some pubs open to 1 or 2 in the morning in my town.

How long do you think I should make a pint of beer last for?

I would say about an hour. When I'm drinking Guinness I try to limit myself to one 440ml can per half hour.
