Thanks bb. His carpet is dumped outside along with a load of other crap so I'm hoping he moves out soon. I'm not blameless in this (haven't got on with my last few neighbours) as I look pretty weird and unfriendly and am crap at getting on with other people (spaced out and in my own little world) so I'm possibly annoying him. I'm not doing it on purpose though.

Yeah I'm building a picture of this in my head.

Looks a bit grim if I'm honest. Let's hope he is moving out soon.

Why aren't you looking upto scratch then. Have you been letting yourself go lately?

I've been like this for years. It doesn't matter how well I sleep or eat, I shave most days. I still look like crap. My eyes look really evil and I have dark unfriendly eyebrows. Exercise helps, unless I buy booze in the process like yesterday!

My head is generally a disaster area both in looks and thinking.

I'm sorry but when I read dark, unfriendly eyebrows my first thought was that your eyebrows didn't get on with each other.

Drink can make you look and feel a bit seedy.
I only had 1 pint of Kronenbourg, a shot of whiskey and 2 shots of rum yesterday and i woke up a bit ordinary too.

At least I didn't have the cigar. :skull:

Have you ever thought what your triggers are for wanting/ craving a drink? Any particular thoughts or feelings? Might be worth writing them down at the time it pops up to understand your addiction a bit more..

My usual thought is. 'I could do with a drink', and often feelings of anxiety and frustration at my inability to think clearly and get on with other people.

Didn't have a drink yesterday.

I drank way too much yesterday.
To the point where I passed out. :(
I know I can't keep this up.

Yes, I had a short spell in a tower block in Wigan where due to road noise keeping me awake I was downing bottles of Jack Daniels and lots of Guinness and getting falling down drunk..

Had 7 cans of Guinness today. Having a few cups of coffee now to help my liver cope.

I really identity with that. I've always felt uncomfortable in my own skin either with or without people. Always needed a crutch.. I wanted to get tested for ADHD but got rebuffed by doc..
