Obviously the three ghosts.
Btw what was Tiny Tim's medical problem? I doubt it was malnutrition because the rest of Bob Cratchets family wasn't that way. My hypothesis is he was a polio survivor. If so late nineteenth century medicine couldn't have cured him regardless of Bob's salary.
I don't believe it's ever specified. I'm not sure it matters whether or not an illness can be cured since if it can't there's still likely to be support needs and those will have costs.
In the book, descriptions make it seem like Tuberculosis (which can spread to the bones) and / or Rickets.
Rickets or some other vitamin D deficiency condition does make sense.

Scrooge.
Scrooge is cast as a bad guy for not sharing what he earned. That doesn't make you bad. He was a cranky old man? So what. That doesn't make him Hitler.

Ah...
I know the character, but forgot the name of the kid who wanted the BB gun.
The Rudolf song doesnt mention a dentist, but I suppose I saw that character in that Burl Ives made for TV movie, decades ago, with the animiated figures, and forgot about him.

Nowhere in the Bible is Satan described as looking like Krampus or Pan. That came from the Catholic Church equating Pagan gods with the Christian Devil.
