I been getting up late, I go to the bathroom, after that I go back to bed, it’s safer in bed & comfortable, i been having alot of tightness in my feet& ankle. In the mornings I end up on my back, it can hurt to turn my body to get out of bed,it’s can hurt to sit up. I tried to get up at 10:15 AM, I get up after 12 or later, today I got up at 1:35 PM, I went to the kitchen to make coffee, fix something to eat & give my cat can food around 1:50. I really hate seeing my very very dirty apartment, dirty clothes in my bedroom. I keep crying, I hate crying so much. Everything is so overwhelming, if I go slowly, things will pile up like trash. I don’t want to live anymore.

Do you have a friend you could invite over?

If you’re on SSI, I believe you could get someone to help you clean up.

You can probably reach out to your Facebook friends or call a crisis hotline. Your pain will likely pass with time.
