Well , 'self-awareness' is knowing yourself , I am not aware of a singular term for not knowing yourself.

As for not saying what you mean - 'disingenuous' is one word that means that.

the sense that allows us to understand our emotions and our motivations is "interoception" which at least used to be part of "proprioception".
These senses are not listed among the 5 senses we usually learn about in school, but are now considered senses too.

I would say a person is not "self aware" if they do not know themselves, or understand themselves. This is something that could possibly be helped with therapy to teach us .

Ignorance/honesty.

Lack of self-awareness.

I am aware of myself, but I am finding more and more things that I didn't know about myself or couldn't see about myself. I suspect there are always things one can't see about one's self. But I think with autism there could be more of that.

As for who you are: a lack of self-identity. Your identity is who you are. There's one unrecognized condition that features it:

Echoism: a lack of self-identity along with ego (the complete opposite of a Narcissist, which might sound good, but it's not). I have this one, and I don't know who I am other than that negative voice, which apparently isn't me.

BPD has an unstable self-identity, albeit it's there. DID has more than one. Brain injury could do this one too.

Ouch! That would be intentionally not saying what you mean. Perhaps I'm projecting (my own issues), but I believe the question is coming from a different place.
