Social Security increase 2021

I don’t understand this, is this only for retirement people? I try to read it, but all the numbers really hurt my head.

if you receive any kind of social security you get the raise, depending on your age and if you have any allowed outside work. if you are disabled and get SSI/SSDI i can't tell you how that last part would affect you.
