Hi! I am 48 and recently diagnosed with asd. Still at the 'Wow! So many things suddenly makes sense' stage. Figuring out which bits are 'me', which bits are 'the mask' and which bits are 'weird to the NTs and always will be'. It's baffling at times but also really exciting. Looking forward to meeting people who 'get it' :heart:

Welcome to WP! I think you can find some nice people here.

And, yeah, my diagnosis (at age 64) of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 1 (Mild) explained so much. I really did get some champagne on the way home from the Psychologist's office.

Hello and well done on getting a diagnosis. I too was late to the spectrum as I was diagnosed aged thirty eight. Since then I have been learning more about autism and how it effects me and how to cope with it. I hope your journey of self discovery goes well for you now you have a diagnosis. :D
