I couldn't find anyone in my country dealing with adult autism. Is it possible to get diagnosed over a call? Are there any specialists diagnosing adult women? Preferably in Europe, although I guess it doesn't matter that much if it's remote anyway. Maybe less issues with call quality.

I doubt it can be done 100% remotely.
My assessor did most of the assessment remotely, via phone and skype, but I had to visit her office to do the tests.
I think it was mostly to study my body language and such.

It would be virtually (no pun intended) impossible. The diagnostician would have to “see you in action.” That is impossible with Zoom, since you’re only sitting or standing on Zoom. Remaining in one place.

I don't think that is quite possible, I was diagnosed after many face-to-face visits and tests.

Anyone on this website could render a diagnosis remotely, and without ever knowing or examining you in person.

But it would not be a valid diagnosis, even if rendered by someone with the proper credentials.

A valid diagnosis requires in situ interviews and discussions over several sessions.

There are some providers who assess 100% online with video because of Covid, although it's still a lengthy process usually taking several hours of interaction and supporting info from written developmental history reports, family interviews, and online psychological questionnaires for your family.

Most practitioners are only licensed to provide service for people in their own county / country / area of registration. People can't just find "anyone in the world".

I've heard that the waiting lists for online assessment can be very long (a year or more) because of the backlog with Covid, and many doctors have closed their waiting lists for now.

I don't mind if I don't get an official document. I want to know for myself. But I want it to be accurate.

The problem is that it is impossible to ask anyone else about my childhood, there's no one alive. And no records...
