Thats messed up.
i can understand, and forgive authoritarian rulers of a country, for banning crocodiles as pets (decadent American celebs like Mike Tyson keep tigers as pets, but Ive never heard of crocs as 'pets'). And frankly I am all for banning monkeys as pets because its cruel to the monkey, and endangers them as a species.
But puppies and kitties? In the same legal category as "crocodiles"????
This could be the populist straw that breaks the back of the camel of the Iranian regime. Taking the peoples' puppies away!
