I’m with you on 2 out of 3! Have owned a 8” telescope for 20 years and started taking photos with it last year. Also have ‘a few’ SDR dongles which are fun! Started making gin in lockdown (not the smartest move!) and various other ‘projects’ always on the go!

Mine changes over time, currently I'm watching a ton of stuff about dungeons and dragons. I binge watched fantasy high by dimension 20 at an inhuman speed. It'll probably stick around until spring because the last few years as soon as things start to warm up all other interests are dropped for an environmental interest. Last year it was fairy houses and foraging. I'm thinking this year it might be birds? Can't really guess until it hits lol
Also I'm a Capricorn, I wish I liked astrology more but everything I see about Capricorns online just says we're stubborn and hard working. It just seems like such a boring sign.

Motor sports, military history, anthropology, the colonial era.

collecting music, digitally restoring/enhancing substandard music recordings.

Architecture. I can look at a building or a block of buildings for a long time just taking in the styles and themes of their shapes and adornments.

The great math formulas. I don't really do the math (I'm not that good and I'm too lazy) but I feel the need to understand how they work. I approach them like great works of art. Like Einstein's field equations, Maxwell's equations, Schrödinger's equation, and the Dirac equation. Stuff like that.

Music theory. Especially how harmony works.

Anthropology. The study of humans as just another animal (but a very intelligent one).

I used to be interested in artificial intelligence but not so much anymore. I must have lost interest once I figured out that artificial general intelligence wasn't going to happen in my lifetime.

I'm not interested in anything to do with typical adult human behavior. I can't get my head around social, sexual, political, business, child rearing, behaviors and motivations.

History, mythology and fantasy, and the overlap. (Alternate histories like steampunk, and fantasies involving real history, like Mercedes Lackey's Elizabethan adventures with elves.)

Writing. I started with science fiction but seem to have found my genre in erotic romance!

I like psychology. I know this sounds weird but I like it to the extent that I observe fellow students from a distance and make observations and diagnoses. Most of them however appear to be neurotypical.

Online tests, anything from Playbuzz to high range IQ tests.

Guns and weaponry, anything mechanical, cooking and bartending, politics, media literacy, metacognition, self awareness, probably some other stuff I'm missing.

Is that mostly what we call historic architecture, or do you have an eye for modern & contemporary architecture, too? I'm an architect, btw.

I guess it's mostly historic architecture. I get a thrill seeing a row of buildings with similar treatments and colors. Themes that are repeated on many buildings. Yet in another city it could be a totally different set of themes that are repeated and coordinated. It's like I am looking at a work of art. I also get a thrill when I see the same modern skyscraper repeated in different cities. I guess I like themes.
