That's new to me. Is this a US thing or something?It appears it's the same in the UK too but the threshold is very high, only for murder and naturally a case concluded in court is never revisited anyway.

One in particular shows the police operate a mafia type operation in the south when it comes to using lethal force in handling black motorists
