I'm surprised they haven't changed the name due to the ending of the word being offensive to lesbians. Dike sounds like Dyke. Lots of people get upset about names of things being offensive these days.

There is also "Spic and Span".

They changed the name of Eskimo Pies and Aunt Jemima.
