Is there a social worker that works with Aspergers people & understand them? When I worked with people before, I could not understand stuff they did, they also thought they knew better than me, so things can be hard working with them. My sister always blamed me.

Do you have a local government office to contact and ask if they have a social worker that's experienced in dealing with clients with Aspergers? You're going to need to find out if there's one available to you in your immediate area.
If you don't understand something they're doing, hopefully they'll be patient and explain if you ask them questions.
Sometimes social workers do know better about some things because it's their job and area of expertise to know and do the things they do.
