I never said you was.

Taking 7 year old tablet ?, as in expired. Might not be dangerous, but its effects might be nullified.

They give me Zyprexa/Seroquel for the bad sleep stuff (both work about the same). Sometimes works during bad times, sometimes doesn't. Can't really sleep without it during the good times. Doesn't sedate me, just quietens the thoughts and racing mind, so I'd be closer to normal. The GABAa agonists are basically placebos for me (Benzos do absolutely nothing).

I haven't slept good for the majority of 20 years.

Am anticipating being awake in about 6 or 7 hours .. so maybe will try to bump this again then.
About at 2 or 3 am . If I can locate the thread . 8O
Did not think to break my quintiepene up .. when I was first prescribed it , was taking a whole one . And , I think
It was causing my previously paralyzed side from over 45 years ago to feel like it was seizing . Had little luck with anti depressants. Of almost every type prescribed by my doctor. Which had been quite a few. 8O

I don't think I have insomnia, it's normal for me to stay up late. I had a ridiculous headache though , I eat like 4 snickers today  . Bad idea. Which is excessive even for me. I've recovered now.

Sorry to hear they didn't work for you.
Antipsychotics can really cause muscular problems for people like you describe.
I used to take Risperidone for self-harm but had the same issue.

I've been taking a nightmare medication (Minipress) and a sleep tab (Sublinox) every night for years, but I've been too lazy to go refill my Sublinox prescription. I can't take Benzos at all because they make me very depressed. I keep my very old Quetiapines for emergency use only, maybe a couple of times per year.

Been using a over the counter Mucinex product , which is actually Guafenesin . Helps me sleep. Or a benedryl
As a weak back up. Tryptophan , helps too and of course melatonin.

Bumpy-trumpy - it's 3.22am and I haven't slept yet. Why can't I feel this awake and motivated during the day?

I'm awake owing to the fact that I couldn't be bothered to go to bed. Have now been up for 23 hours and 40 minutes, it's 3:17 pm here.

Yeah, I couldn't sleep again. Microsleep stage. Cloudy night. I'll refrain from speaking of those things, as I kinda like a little sleep, even if it comes with terrors.
