People that leave their used plates etc in the kitchen sink at work. Also sometimes they leave the sponge in the sink. These things make it hard for others to use the sink.

When people can't tell the difference between "your" and "you're".

Or "eternal" and "internal", such as "may you find internal happiness". Not when you keep using the wrong word, genius.

I thought people use "your" where it should be "you're" on purpose because "your" is shorter although it's wrong. If someone truly cannot tell the difference between the two, English must be their second language or something.

I often see people use "it's" where it should be "its". Also, "effect" where it should be "affect". It doesn't really bother me but I do feel embarrassed for them.

This is more than a pet peeve for me. I have contempt for such people. The company that I work for is full of such people.

People who tell other people who are tired of life, depressed, and negative to "go to the gym", "go to the bar with some friends", "eat a plant-based diet". Thanks, I'm cured.

"Go to the bar with some friends" had to be the most stupid advice I've heard in forever. What if you don't drink alcohol, have no friends to go with, and it's a half-hour walk and you have no car and can't drive? You're stuck in the house every night because you know as a woman it is not safe for you to be walking anywhere alone at night and there's nowhere to go, anyway?

It's frustrating when my girlfriend asks for my input about something but when she's explaining things she leaves out some important details & she gets upset because I'm suggesting things that will not work or she can not do. Or she she suddently changes topics in the middle of a conversation & she does not tell me that she's changed topics & she gets upset that I'm giving input that will not apply for her current topic or I start asking questions because I'm confused about what she's talking about.

The bleep sound on the TV when someone swears goes right through you it would be better to not swear, an hour of bleeping is just too much.

How Arkansas is pronounced. It should simply be pronounced /ɑːˈkænsəs/.

^Yeah, I've always wondered how gross and uncomfortable it would be if you got a cold while having that thing in your nose.

Humans acting like robots, I had to tell these two people at work like 10 times there were no clean rags left and I had to tell them around 3 times they had moved our storage room to this floor because of construction down there and all the clean and dirty linen goes in there. Ugh if I have to repeat myself because you are dead set on cleaning policies but won't listen to a word I say.
