I really hate double standards & rules being enforced differently by different authority figures. I'm NOT talking about this forum. I'm talking about various things in life & things I see in the news. I kinda need consistency & predictability. I should NOT be required nor expected to follow rules that are constantly changing due to being dependent on whom ever happens to be in charge at that exact moment or if certain people are expected to follow the rules to the letter while others are allowed & maybe even encouraged to break rules whenever it benefits them. It's a major reason I'm an anarchist

When people don't post in your threads if your OP is too long but you notice they post in other threads where the OP is even longer.

When you say you don't like a certain loud noise and then people start to justify the reason for the loud noise, as if to say that you aren't allowed to be scared of a loud noise if the loud noise is necessary.

My biggest pet peeve for me is when people chew loudly, it just makes me mad
Also, when someone talks on the phone very, very loudly somewhere in quiet! place, or in public transport. why not call later and talk about things without letting everyone know what is going on

I really dislike major hypocrites who who often complain about others or judge others negatively for doing things the hypocrite also does. When the hypocrisy gets pointed out, the person goes on a tangent about how their behavior is justified & they are different. In some cases the hypocrite is projecting things they dislike about themselves onto others & I can feel some sympathy towards them. However other times the hypocrite is generally a mean or hateful bully who gets joy by putting others down & I want as little to do with them as possible.

Celebrities who can't stay out of trouble so it puts their projects in jeopardy and make legions of their fans hate them.

Two of my favorite shows are going to be cancelled, that's for sure.

when people act like processes like finding a job or going to school is incredibly simple and easy to do
males who act like they like you enough to get in your pants but are confused and put off when you want to be friends and hang out normally
people tip toeing around me because they cant tell if i am mentally a child or and adult

When you watch a video on the internet of a human saving/caring for an animal, and you feel your faith in humanity has been restored - only to read in the comments that the video is staged and that they put the animal somewhere uncomfortable or unsafe just to film themselves saving them to post on social media so they can look good. So I'm never sure what to think.

When someone waits till the last minute to ask/tell me that they need me to do something because the person hates to bother me  So instead they'll wait to tell me till it can not wait any longer. I'm more bothered by having to do something the moment I hear about it than I am when I can plan it some :tired:

When people act like they're doing you a favour by lying to you, or playing mind games.
Gaslighting makes it even more super fun.

Employee carelessness:

I went to a store to return something I bought online.
I wanted to buy new stuff too.
I took the return and the new stuff to the till.

They said they would do the purchase first, and then the refund.
I paid for the new stuff ($40).

Then they did the refund on the other thing ($60).
They said my refund would go on my "online account" at the store since I bought online.
The next time I buy online I'll have a $60 credit.
Or, I can switch it to a gift card to use in store.

I got home and realized how stupid that was.
He should have done the return first, and given me a gift card.
Then I could have purchased the $40 stuff for free.

Now I have to go back and return the $40 stuff for cash, and buy it online with credit.

Do they train staff these days, or not?

Wait until you get to my age, you forget what you were thinking about a quarter way through. ;-)

Hopefully I'll have smaller thoughts by then.
