This! I can't do things with motion or sound, my sensory processing is too unreliable (and i get motion sick) So all those video related things are off limits to me. I do my best communication in written words, even instant messaging does not give me enough processing time . So forums like this one are great for me.

I think the 90 year olds in this little poll are some smart young thing trying to throw off the results or poking a bit of fun... CONFESS!! ! LOL

I am really enjoying the conversations in this thread. Thanks for participating. Prego!

I had a friend who stopped posting, and two years later happened across a mutual friend on a listserv. I learned that our friend had died unexpectedly, and there had been a memorial service for all his local friends, but that nobody had thought to send a notice to his email contacts. Some years later, another mutual friend, who knew that story, checked out from a Hospice, and had not prepared a farewell message.

i remember Sand from back in the day, he was the only other WPer who would stand up to Ruveyn's guff and call him out.

what a great thread this has turned out to be, just like sitting around the kitchen table with random conversation. Such a nice feeling. I've been a member of many groups in the past and just left a few others due to the chaos, ( its everywhere now, Isn't it?) but you all make me smile and make me think and I love it here. Thanks for all the good insights. (or should I say Prego)???

So far, it looks like we're pretty close to evenly distributed across a wide range of age groups. Good to know.

Well, Sometimes I feel 80, while at other times in my 20s.
So, I guess my average age is around 50. 8)
