She did a good job of providing evidence of her claims in her rebuttal to Romney's claims. I don't see that can be refuted. The existence of these labs seem pretty clear.

Don't think this is the appropriate venue to discuss such matters, as it is likely that any confirmation could be interpreted as a threat - and likewise, any denial could be seen as an endorsement.

Would suggest more appropriate courses of action if you believe a rule has been broken would be:

- messaging a moderator who is not already involved in a discussion
- reporting posts you believe to be inappropriate, particularly those that break the rules as you understand them
