Suggestions are starting to pop up about Ukraine and pootin agreeing to a division of Ukraine.

And yes, Biden did influence oil prices on the upside because he disallowed former fracking development areas and rescinded the Keystone Pipeline arrangement.

But no, the petrol price rise was not entirely due to this.
