Is there medical treatment for autistic people who get digestive issues? Like for example pills I could take?

It depends on the specifics of the digestive issue.

For a couple decades I took sulfasalazine for ulcerative colitis.

What treatment you need depends on the type of digestive issues you have. I don't think there's any special pill that an autistic person can take to prevent/cure a digestive problem.

When I had ulcers in my stomach and intestines I had to take a steroid pill + an antacid for months. The only thing I can do now is avoid foods that cause that to reoccur and go to the doctor if I think it's getting that bad again.

Of course, there is. It's the same treatment strategy applied to random people with the same ailment or symptoms.

probiotics are good (in other words yoghurt) , if I avoid carbs it seems to help
apple cider vinegar is good for heartburn, but you have to dilute it loads.
