there is no disputing that he could have listened to what flesh and blood remains of his stone heart, and stayed home instead of causing unnecessary trouble.

He can sue anybody for anything but I can not see him winning. You have to prove the person you are suing harmed you. How has he been harmed? He is a lionized celebrity.

More specifically he's trying to cash in on his notoriety

How would people feel if OJ simpson sued everyone who said anything about him? he'd also be a billionaire

America's legal system appears f***ed that this is even entertained given Rittenhouse is actually attacking free speech (something the republicans are supposed to (or at least pretend to) be protectors of)

If Rittenhouse is found guilty in a civil court, the way OJ was, then he would no longer have grounds for defamation lawsuits.
