Initially before diagnosis i thought my issues were psychological due to trauma that was actually caused by unknown to me at the time the condition ASD itself.

I thought that there was a way out of the maze somehow via strengthening my own mental health, some way to heal myself maybe.

After diagnosis i realised there was no way out the maze and would always be like this, I would always have this heavy weight restricting me along with crushing anxiety and speech problems, the world meanwhile and everybody else moved on without me since nobody cared.

So yes felt a whole lot worse after diagnosis.
