What could this mean in terms of body language?

I remember at the bar there was this guy who would stare at me wide eyed. Even at times when I was not looking at him he would just stare at me with a blank neutral face except his eyes were wide open. I did speak to him a few times because he was part of my social group at the time.

What could that mean in terms of body language? Before you ask no he wasn’t gay because he has a girlfriend. The impression I got is that he wanted to start a fight with me for some reason because starring at some is usually aggressive.

I guess first we need to know whether it was natural body language or if it was influenced and distorted by alcohol or drugs.

Yeah that social did drink alcohol and do drugs like cocaine

There is a drug that makes people do that, not sure which one it is.
