Hmm, not sure.. hard to tell.

And of course this is in the same city as a $4.8M chandelier hanging beneath a bridge:

I haven't stopped to see it, but my spidey senses told me I was in the right place one time while driving through town and I turned my head as I passed under the bridge and did catch a glimpse of it.

Good thing we don't have a housing crisis or anything else more valuable to spend money and resources on..

0.8 acres only. Now, how much is that per square foot.

And a ride that is described as Kafka? I’m not sure I would enter a ride named after Kafka.

:D

No idea if the $13.8M budget included the land value or not - hard to tell.. since land values are astronomical here, it might not.

I skimmed the video clip, didn't read the whole article.. not sure what "kafka ride," you're referring to nor what else that word may mean in some other language ?

Kafka. The Trial. Stuck in a nightmare where nothing makes sense.

The article refers to a ride called Kafka or something like that. I’m envisioning a nightmare ride one can’t get off of.

Though a bit of a different thing that brings to mind,
