I read it as a statement he believes he has a right to procreate with whoever he wants, consent be damned (although respect for current laws, which he surely believes go overboard, will, in fact, stop him). A rape threat; a statement that the women aren't entitled to an opinion on anything.

I never said he should be ignored. I said these sorts of people should be watched surreptitiously, without an overt expression of outrage. It's a waste of time, this outrage at idiots-----we're giving these idiots a platform, partially, through our outrage.
