Oh I look at people's eyes way too much. Funny I always feel that if people don't understand me it's their problem. I'm not much bothered by that.

Sunglasses also shield the actual position and action of the eyes of an individual, through which policeman and special service officers can easily view their surroundings without giving any indication to anyone.

Here is a sales video on one type of prescription police sunglasses. This type of glasses can provide excellent vision while at the same time preventing others from seeing your eyes. One of the problems that I face and some-but-not-all Aspie males is that I do not look people directly into their eyes. I do not know why, but it just is. And most NTs view this trait as EVIL and they view me as EVIL as a result.
