Has anyone tried the neurostimulator Cervella for anxiety and insomnia?

https://cervella.us/

or has anyone made their own neurostimulator for cognitive issues?

if it wasn't so spendy i'd consider it. i use another spendy device, dan dial's molecular enhancer, it has a powerful soporific effect on me.

the video itself is not especially informative but you at least get to see and hear a molecular enhancer in actual operation. it basically uses high voltage [but microcurrent] electricity with its harmonics amplified, to raise the cellular energy level and ameliorate various disease processes. some folks it puts to sleep [like me]. dan dial [its inventor] has a somewhat more detailed explanation of its theory of action.

Sounds sketchy at best...

But some treatments that sound dubious may have some effect.

similarly, there are PAP-IMI machines and other such Pulsed EMF machines that do something similar.

The testimonial seems to say it's addictive. You might end up being dependent on it. I'd stay away from it.

it has no bad effects that i can figure other than taking up 40 minutes or so of daily time for me, which i do before bed as it makes me sleepy anyways. it seems at this point at least, to be all-good and no real bad. definitely worth what i paid for it and it is a valid investment in my health. since using the machine i've dropped below about 15% body fat and gained muscle mass for the first time in a good while.

I never heard of Cervella but it seems interesting. My girlfriend has major problems sleeping partly due to stress & pain & she has bad anxiety & depression. She's tried lots of psych meds(no anitpsychotics thou) & it seems to me like she should look into other types of treatments. I'm not sure how expensive this is but if she's interested in trying it & her psych signs off on it, I'll figure out a way to afford it(quit buying snacks which would be good for my health or ask my parents for money). I'll have to research this a bit before discussing it with her & I don't have that focus tonight.
