It's nothing to do with me being "autistic" it's just that tea and coffee drinkers are privileged, that's all.

I know all social rules but that doesn't mean I can't get frustrated by some of them. An NT who doesn't drink tea or coffee might feel the same way.

Some people there do use the milk for cereal as well.

And if I chipped in for the milk (nobody chips in, it's just ordered along with other staff supplies) but if we all including me did, would I still be forbidden to have a small glass of milk every now and then?

I'm bored now.

Is it possible to ask the "Head Order Taker" to add a tad more milk to the order?

I think those people berating you at your work are ogres, but I also know I would feel the same as you, and then end up being hated for all eternity.

Bottomline, you are absolutely right. Keep the coffee monsters happy.

This is not really the hill you want to die on. Bring your own.
